store in Emmaus,
PA.

equipment design consultant for several national
manufacturers and developed and installed a multitude of
high school, college and commercial gyms.

Received medals
on the state, regional, and national levels in Olympic
style Weightlifting and for three decades have advanced
the skills of athletes and clients of all levels.

Earned certifications in
fitness and nutrition from the National Council of
Certified Personal Trainers.
